Immigrant Swing play its own blend of Bristol Riot Swing; a high energy, foot stomping, acoustic music merging sounds from around the globe.  Their influnces range from Gypsy Swing, Blues and Hip-Hop to Mediterranean Folk and Latin music.  A Swinging rhythm section – driven by the Balkanic sounds of the Tuba, Manouche Guitar rhythms and Drums- provides the foundations for MC Mao to deliver his own style of beat-poetry, with Clarinet & Violin ripping through the melodic lines. Be prepared for anything and make sure to bring along your dancing shoes!
